1. The SMTP Program (Zero to Hero) We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee exclusively for our 30-day Stock Market Trading Program (SMTP).

The Guarantee: If you attend the first two live classes and feel the program does not meet your expectations, you can request a 100% refund of your course fee.

The Fine Print: Refund requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the second class. Please note that GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable as they are collected by third parties.

2. Digital Products (E-books, Recorded Lessons, & Scanners)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. Once access is granted or the download link is sent, we do not issue refunds. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Webinars & One-Time Workshops Registration fees for individual webinars or short-term workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording will be provided (if applicable) for your review.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but previous payments will not be pro-rated or refunded.
